This morning for breakfast, I had blueberry pie.
Not just any blueberry pie; Uncie’s Blueberry Pie.
Jay made this pie the night before, and I couldn’t resist the chance to have it for breakfast.
Served warm between scoops of vanilla ice cream, of course. Because in my book, fruit pies aren’t complete without vanilla ice cream to melt and create the most delicious flavor combinations imaginable. So even though it wasn’t your typical morning fare, it was delicious, warm and melty, sweet and tart, and most importantly, baked with love.
